Quick start in 3 steps
- Pick one of the starter templates, or sign up and tap New prompt.
- Answer the short questions in plain English. Skip anything that does not apply.
- Tap Copy prompt, or tap ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Copilot. Those buttons copy the prompt, then open the tool so you can paste it.
Tip: you do not need to know tech words. Write the way you would explain the job to a helpful teammate. Simple and direct works best.

Why prompts matter
Think of an AI tool like a smart assistant. It can only work with what you tell it, and what you tell it is your prompt.
Vague requests get vague answers. Clear, specific prompts get you something you can use. It's like ordering food:
Vague
"Make me some food."
You might get anything.
Specific
"Make me a spicy vegetarian pizza with mushrooms and olives."
You get the pizza you wanted.
A clear prompt saves you time and rewrites, and gets you what you need faster.
What makes a good prompt
These are the parts we ask about. You don't need all of them, but each one you add makes the result fit better.
- Who you are
- Your role, like shop owner or teacher. The clearer it is, the more the result sounds like it came from you.
- The job
- What you need, like a reply to a review. Clear, specific jobs get focused, useful results.
- Who will read it
- Customers, a landlord, your team. The more you share about them, the more the result will click with them.
- The tone
- Warm, brief, formal. The right tone builds trust and sounds like you.
- The format
- An email, a flyer, a short post. Picking one saves you editing time.
- The details
- The facts only you know: names, dates, prices, what happened. A clear topic keeps the result on track.
- Rules
- Limits like under 120 words or no emojis. They save you from extra editing.
- Background
- Anything the AI should know first. The more context you give, the less you'll need to fix.
- An example you like
- A message you liked before. Good examples make the result more on target.

What is a "prompt"?
A prompt is just what you type into an AI chat tool. We help you write a clear one so the AI understands the job.
Which AI tool do I need?
Any AI chat tool you like. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, and Perplexity all work. Most of them have a free plan. Sign up for the one you want, open a new chat, paste what you copied from us, and press send.
What does it cost?
Free costs nothing and needs no card: you get 3 prompts to try it, ready to copy into your own AI tool. Pro is $7.99 per month, builds a prompt for every task, and also writes the finished text for you, up to 20 a month (10 a day on the more capable model) (see Pricing).
I am not good with computers. Will this work for me?
Yes. The site asks everyday questions, like who it is for, what happened, and how friendly to sound. You do not need to learn any tech words.
What can I make with it?
Common jobs: a customer email, a flyer, a reply to a review, a letter, a recipe plan, or a short post for your shop. There are 18 starter templates, including 12 for small businesses like bakeries, salons and plumbers.
Where do I paste the result?
Open your AI tool in another tab. Start a new chat. Paste. Send. You can ask the AI to change the answer if you want a tweak. You can also paste it into an email or document.
Why does my result look different from someone else's?
AI answers change a little each time, and each AI tool has its own style. If the tone is off, change one answer (for example, "more casual" or "shorter") and try again.
Can I save what I make?
Yes. Prompts you copy are listed under My prompts on the same device, ready to copy again. Finished texts from Pro are saved to your account, and Pro lets you save favorites.
How do I cancel Pro?
Email principal@piostack.com from the email address on your account and ask us to cancel Pro. We will cancel it and reply to confirm.
Is my information private?
We use your account email to sign you in and save your work. See our Privacy Policy for details. Please do not type passwords, bank numbers, or health records into the form.
The page looks broken or a button does nothing
Try a refresh first. If it still fails, email support@piostack.com and tell us what you clicked and whether you were on a phone or a computer. A screenshot helps.
I never got a confirmation email
Check your spam and promotions folders. Make sure the address has no typo. Still stuck? Email support@piostack.com from the address you used to sign up.

How to use your result in an AI tool
- On the result screen, tap Copy prompt. Or tap the tool you use, and we copy it and open the tool for you.
- Open your AI tool (for example ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot) and sign in. A free plan is fine.
- Paste into a new chat and send.
- If the answer is too long or too stiff, tell the AI: "Make this shorter and friendlier," then send again.
