Welcome to Your Perfect Prompt! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Your Perfect Prompt web application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

Your Perfect Prompt (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a web-based tool that helps users create, manage, and save AI-generated prompts and related content. The Service includes features such as prompt generation, user dashboards, favorites, image storage, and optional paid subscriptions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (16+ if required in your jurisdiction). By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using an email/password or sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape any part of the platform
  • Upload or generate content that is offensive, hateful, or violates the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features are available only through a paid subscription, processed securely via Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms when subscribing. All prices, features, and access levels are subject to change.

Free trial usage is limited (e.g., 3 prompt generations per user), and we may revoke or adjust trial limits at any time.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. However, by using the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.

We do not sell or publicly share your content.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and logic of Your Perfect Prompt — including prompt generation systems — are protected intellectual property. Do not attempt to replicate or extract the core logic or models used.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. Use your judgment before relying on or sharing AI outputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
